Requirements: 
Anesthesiology-focused coursework for a Medical Doctor (MD) degree; board certification in anesthesiology from an accredited medical board. • A current UAE medical license, ideally issued by the MOH, in order to practice medicine there. • Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills may be preferred. • Clinical proficiency in delivering anesthesia for surgical and medical procedures, including general, regional, and local anesthesia. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient care, counseling, and collaboration within a diverse patient population and a multidisciplinary healthcare team. • Detailed understanding of the MOH rules unique to anesthesiology as well as the UAE's healthcare norms and laws. • A dedication to lifelong learning and staying current with anesthesiology advances. • Prior research and publishing experience in anesthesiology may be helpful. • The ability to work shifts and be available on call when needed to provide anesthesia for a range of surgeries and medical procedures. • Commitment to providing the best possible pain management and patient safety throughout procedures. • The ability to work well in a clinical or hospital environment in the United Arab Emirates, collaborating with nurses, surgeons, and other medical professionals to deliver safe and efficient anesthetic care.
